The Academic Bridge - Bachelor of Fine Arts - Art - Ceramics at Auburn University at Montgomery is an undergraduate programme designed to develop relevant academic knowledge and practical skills. In the Fine Arts Department at Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM), you can develop your own artistic voice as you become an artist, graphic designer, or art historian. You will learn from professors who are also successful practitioners in their field, and you will have the opportunity to express yourself creatively within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Department of Fine Arts offers the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art, with five concentrations: Ceramics Graphic Design Painting and Drawing Photography Sculpture Ceramics concentration will give the students opportunities to discover the properties of clay and learn to use the potter's wheel, along with hand modeling, glazing and kiln-firing techniques.
