Entry Requirements
- For Local Students:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architecture, or Architectural Studies recognized as equivalent to LAM Part 1, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, at least 6 months of work experience after obtaining the degree, a B grade in the final Design course, and a pass in the portfolio assessment.
- B.Sc (Hons) (Architectural Design) from City University or a degree in Architecture recognized as equivalent to LAM Part 1, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, at least 1 year of work experience after obtaining the degree, and a pass in the portfolio assessment.
- For International Students:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architecture or Architectural Studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 from an international university, exempted from the LAM Part 1 exam, at least 6 months of work experience after obtaining the degree, a B grade in the final Design course, a pass in the portfolio assessment, and an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
