- Year 1: Courses include Building Services Technology, Construction Technology 2, Commercial Law, Surveying and Monitoring in the Built and Natural Environment, Cost Modelling and Measurement, and eConstruction.

- UEC: 15 points or less (5 subjects not less than B grade).
- WACE/SACE: ATAR 75.
- Canada Year 12 High School Diploma: 75%.
- International Baccalaureate Diploma: 26 points.
- Matriculation/Foundation: CGPA 2.67.
- Diploma: CGPA 2.5.
- Heriot-Watt University Malaysia Foundation in Science or Foundation in Business: Grade C average including C in English.
- SMA 3 (Indonesia): 8.0.
- Year 12 State Board High School Examination (India): 75%.
- Senior High School Graduation Certificate (China): 80%.
- English language proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
