- Semester 1: Mandatory courses include Computational Fluid Dynamics with Heat Transfer and Professional and Industrial Studies. Optional courses cover topics such as Incompressible Fluid Dynamics, Advanced Mechanics of Materials 1, Dynamics 1, Renewable Energy Technologies, and Heat Exchangers and Heat Transfer.
- Semester 2: Mandatory courses include Failure and Accident Analysis and Critical Analysis and Research Preparation. Optional courses include Compressible Fluid Dynamics, Dynamics 2, Robotic Mechanical Systems, Specialist Engineering Technology 2, and Advanced Thermodynamic Applications.

Entry Requirements
- A relevant first or second class Honours degree in a physical science or engineering discipline, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government and acceptable to the University.
