Program Structure

Year 1: Foundational courses including Theory & Principle of Architecture Design, Studio Design I A & B, Architectural Communications, Building Construction 1, Building Structures 1, Computer Aided Design, and History of Architecture 1.
Year 2: Intermediate studies covering Studio Design II A & B, Building Construction 2, Building Services 2, Building Structures 2, Computer Animation, Environmental Science 2, History of Architecture 2, and Theory of Architecture.
Year 3: Advanced topics such as Studio Design III A & B, Building Construction 3, Building Structures 3, Construction Project Management, Building Study & Report, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Training, and Professional Studies.

Entry Requirements

Pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with full pass in two subjects and credit in Mathematics at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
Pass in A-Level with a pass in two subjects and credit in Mathematics at SPM level.
Pass in Matrikulasi Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia in the relevant field with a CGPA of at least 2.00.
Pass in Foundation in Arts/Built Environment or relevant field from a recognized institution with a CGPA of at least 2.00.
Pass in Diploma program in Architecture or relevant field from a recognized institution with a CGPA of at least 2.00.
Pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least Grade B in five subjects including Mathematics.
Pass in Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture or relevant field from a recognized institution with a CGPA of at least 2.00.
Pass with 60% average in South Australian Matriculation (SAM)/Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT)/New South Wales Higher School Certificate (NSW HSC) with a minimum Grade C in Mathematics.
Other qualifications deemed equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
Pass in Arts subject at SPM level or pass the portfolio test for those who did not take Arts subjects.
