Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from IUKL (equivalent to LAM Part 1) with a minimum CGPA of 2.70 and at least six months of relevant industrial training
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (equivalent to LAM Part 1) from a recognized institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.70, at least six months of relevant industrial training, and successful portfolio review or interview
Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia
English language proficiency: MUET Band 2 or UEC English B4 for local applicants; TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.0 for international applicants
