Show off their work at the annual IT and Engineering Showcase, where prospective employers will see what they've done. Or they could choose to undertake an applied research project, developing the skills they need to succeed in research. Students will learn: Gain essential skills in programming, mobile app development, logic and data structures, systems analysis and design, computer architecture and databases. Learn full-stack web development, including front end and software development using the latest applications. Gain proficiency across the latest technologies for analysing big data, including Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark, and learn how to use Amazon Web Services. Understand the historical foundations and fundamentals of AI as they apply to machine learning, natural language processing and intelligent robotic systems.
