Program Structure
- Year 1: Foundational courses including Business English I, Principles of Management, and Introduction to Accounting.
- Year 2: Intermediate subjects such as Organizational Behaviour, Principles of Marketing, and Human Resource Management.
- Year 3: Advanced topics including International Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, and Strategic Management, culminating in a Project Paper.
Entry Requirements
- Pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum NGMP of 2.00 or Grade C in 2 subjects.
- Pass in A-Level with at least 2 subjects.
- Pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with Jayyid in 3 subjects.
- Pass in the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least a B grade in 5 subjects.
- Pass in Foundation program from any recognized institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Pass in the Matriculation program of the Ministry of Education Malaysia with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Pass in a Diploma (Level 4, MQF) from an institution recognized by the Malaysian government with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Other qualifications as recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
- International students must have proof of English proficiency, such as an IELTS score of 5.5 or its equivalent.
