The Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Lincoln University College provides students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and tuina. Program Structure
- Year 1: Foundational courses in Chinese Medicine History, Diagnostics of Chinese Medicine, and Cell and Molecular Biology.
- Year 2: Intermediate studies covering Chinese Medicine Materia Medica, Introduction to Tuina, and Pathology.
- Year 3: Advanced topics including Prescription of Chinese Medicine, Chinese Medicine Qigong Exercise, and Clinical Training.
Entry Requirements
- Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credits in three subjects, including a Science subject and Mathematics.
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in one subject and credits in a Science subject and Mathematics at SPM level.
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Maqbul and credits in a Science subject and Mathematics at SPM level.
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in the related field, subject to Higher Education Provider (HEP) Senate/Academic Board’s approval.
- Other equivalent/related qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
- International students must have proof of English proficiency, such as an IELTS score of 5.0 or its equivalent.
