Course Overview
The Master in Nursing program at Lincoln University College equips students with advanced clinical skills, research proficiency, and leadership capabilities, preparing graduates for roles such as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, and Nurse Educator.
Program Structure
- Year 1: Core courses including Nursing Research I: Quantitative Research Method, Statistics and Statistical Computing for Nurses, and Nursing Research II: Qualitative Method.
- Year 2: Advanced coursework and completion of a research project in the student's area of specialization.
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field (MQF Level 6) with a minimum CGPA of 2.5, or equivalent qualifications accepted by the Higher Educational Provider (HEP) senate.
- Registration with the Nursing Board or its equivalent.
- Possession of a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- Currently employed in a clinical area.
- Health status certification by a registered medical practitioner recognized by the institution.
- For international candidates: Temporary Practicing Certificate (TPC) for clinical programs and English language proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 600.
