- A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 MOH) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00, or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate of Lincoln University College.
- Applicants with a CGPA below 2.50 may be considered if they have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
