Later, in 2011, it was upgraded to Lincoln University College. Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (Level 6 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in International Relations or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, or as accepted by the Lincoln University College Senate.
- A Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in International Relations or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75 can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
- A Bachelor's degree (Level 6, MQF) in International Relations or a related field, not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in a relevant field.
- Candidates without a related qualification or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo a prerequisite course(s) and meet the minimum CGPA based on the above criteria.
- For international students: A minimum IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent.
