Course Overview

Entry Requirements

  • STPM/Matriculation/Pre-University: Minimum GPA of 2.33 in two subjects: Biology/Physics or Mathematics/Chemistry.
  • A-Levels: Minimum Grade D in two subjects: Biology/Physics or Mathematics/Chemistry.
  • Recognized Diploma: Minimum CGPA of 2.75 in a related field; CGPA below 2.75 requires three years of relevant work experience.
  • South Australian Matriculation (SAM): Score of 14 in three subjects, including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/Physics.
  • New Zealand Bursary: Aggregate of 65% in three subjects, including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/Physics.
  • Canadian Pre-University (CPU)/CIMP/MUFY/Western Australian Curriculum Council/Trinity College Foundation Studies/Higher School Certificate (Sydney Australia): Aggregate of 60% in three science subjects, including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/Physics.
  • University of New South Wales Foundation: Pass with three Principal D grades in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology/Physics.
  • Indian Pre-University: 75% aggregate in three subjects, including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/Physics.
  • American High School Diploma with Advanced Placement (AP): CGPA of 2.60 in three subjects, including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology/Physics.
  • English Proficiency: Malaysian candidates require MUET Band 3 or IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 550; international candidates require IELTS 5.5/TOEFL 550 or equivalent.
