The Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) (Marketing Management) at Multimedia University (MMU) provides students with a comprehensive understanding of marketing management and communication. The program emphasizes international marketing, equipping graduates with the skills to interpret market data, understand customer and competitor behaviors, and develop strategic marketing initiatives. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Marketing Manager, Market Research Analyst, and Brand Manager.
Program Structure
- Year 1: Foundational courses including Financial Accounting for Managers, Fundamental of Marketing, and Understanding Management.
- Year 2: Intermediate courses such as Managing Human Resource, Business and Commercial Laws, and Market Planning and Management.
- Year 3: Advanced courses including Marketing Research Methods, Strategic Marketing, and a Marketing Management Research Project.
- Electives: Options like Brand Management, International Marketing, and Social Media and Digital Marketing.
Entry Requirements
- Pass Foundation/Matriculation studies from a recognized institution.
- Pass STPM or its equivalent with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level or its equivalent.
- Pass A-Level with a minimum of Grade D in any two subjects and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level or its equivalent.
- Pass STAM with a minimum Grade Jayyid (Good) in two subjects and a pass in Mathematics and English at SPM Level or its equivalent.
- Pass UEC with a minimum of Grade B in at least five subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English.
- Any qualifications equivalent to Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or 5, MQF).
