Entry Requirements

  • SPM: 5 Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics), and another subject
  • STPM: Grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics
  • A-Levels: Grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics
  • Matriculation/Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical Course: CGPA 3.0 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics
  • Diploma in Health Sciences: CGPA 3.5, with a minimum of 5 semesters or 2½ years in the same accredited institution
  • Degree in Medical Sciences: CGPA 3.3 for a 5-year undergraduate medical programme
  • Degree in Arts or Humanities: CGPA 3.5 for a 4-year graduate medical programme; CGPA 4.0 for a 4-year graduate medical programme
  • Health Requirements: Medical check-up to ensure freedom from communicable diseases and immunisation against Hepatitis B
