Course Overview

The Diploma in Psychology at SEGi College Kota Damansara provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, cognition, and emotions, equipping them with the skills necessary for careers in psychology, social services, education, and human resources.

Program Structure

Year 1: Foundational courses including General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Social Psychology.
Year 2: Advanced topics such as Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Entry Requirements

SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science.
STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science at SPM level.
STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science at SPM level.
Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in relevant fields with at least a CGPA of 2.00 and a pass in Mathematics and Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science at SPM level.
SKM Level 3, MQF in relevant fields (Note: The HEPs are required to conduct screening and provide appropriate bridging courses in Mathematics and Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Science/Applied Science).
Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
