Program Structure

Year 1: Introduction to interior design projects, construction and technology, design communication, materials and finishes, building science and services, CAD 2D, environmental psychology, historical influences on interior design I, interior design projects I.
Year 2: CAD 3D, detailing and working drawings, historical influences on interior design II, interior design projects II, interior design projects III, contemporary design theories, furniture design, research methodology.
Year 3: Six-month internship, reflective practice documentation, design methods, advanced interior design practice I, design proposition, interior design professional practice I.

Entry Requirements

STPM: Minimum CC with a CGPA of 2.00.
UEC: Minimum 5Bs.
A Levels: Minimum grades DD.
Foundation/Diploma: Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
English Proficiency: IELTS Band 4.0 or equivalent.
