Program Structure

  • Year 1: Foundational courses covering Business of Tourism & Hospitality, Kitchen Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, and Food Science & Sanitation.
  • Year 2: Intermediate studies including Principles of Marketing, Accommodation Management, Food & Beverage Management, and Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions (MICE) Management.
  • Year 3: Advanced topics such as Hospitality Human Resources Management, Revenue Management, Entrepreneurship for Hospitality, and a final-year dissertation, culminating in an industry internship.

Entry Requirements

  • Taylor's Foundation/Diploma: Pass any Taylor's Foundation or Diploma Programme.
  • STPM: Minimum CC with CGPA 2.00.
  • UEC: Pass with minimum 5Bs.
  • A Level: Minimum DD.
  • AUSMAT (SACEi): Minimum ATAR 55.
  • Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Minimum average of 50% in 6 subjects.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum 24 points in 6 subjects.
  • Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): 50%.
  • MOHE Matriculation: Pass with minimum CGPA 2.00.
  • Other Equivalent Qualifications: Pass Foundation/Diploma from other institutions recognized by the Malaysian Government with minimum CGPA 2.00; or application via APEL A; or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Malaysian Government.
