Course Overview

Program Structure

  • Year 1: Foundational courses including Contract Law I & II, Law of Tort I & II, Constitutional and Administrative Law I & II, English Legal System, Legal Skills and Methods, and Malaysian Legal System.
  • Year 2: Intermediate courses such as Constitutional and Administrative Law III, Criminal Law I & II, Land Law I & II, Public International Law, and Mooting.
  • Year 3: Advanced courses including Company Law, Equity and Trusts I & II, Family Law, Land Law III, and an Internship.

Entry Requirements

  • STPM: Pass with a CGPA of 2.67 in two subjects and at least a Pass in Pengajian Am.
  • UEC: Minimum of 5 Bs including English, with a maximum of 20 points.
  • A Level: Minimum grades of CC / BD / AE.
  • Australian Matriculation (SACEi): Minimum ATAR of 70.
  • Canadian Pre-University (CPU): Minimum average of 65% in six subjects.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB): 24 points in six subjects, with at least 4 points in three Higher Level subjects.
  • Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): Overall score of 60%.
  • English Language Requirements: IELTS overall band of 6.0, TOEFL score of 60 (Internet-Based Test), or MUET Band 4.
