Program Structure

Year 1: Fundamental courses including Measurement I & II, Construction Technology I & II, Building Materials, and Introduction to Law.
Year 2: Advanced topics such as Measurement III & IV, Building Services I & II, Construction Technology III, and Professional Practice I.
Year 3: Specialized subjects including Building Services & Civil Engineering Quantities, Building Economics, Financial Management, and Professional Practice II.

Entry Requirements

STPM: Minimum CGPA of 2.00 in 3 subjects.
UEC: Pass with a minimum of 5Bs including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics.
A Levels: Minimum DDD.
IELTS: Band 5.0 or equivalent English proficiency.
