Program Structure

Year 1: Foundational courses including Construction Management and Safety, Construction Technology I, Building Information Modelling I, Building Services, and Construction Environmental Protection Management.
Year 2: Intermediate courses such as Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Construction Measurement and Estimating, Cash Flow Management and Construction Economics, and Tendering Management and Contract Administration.
Year 3: Advanced topics including Construction Research Project II, Construction Quality Management, and options for Work-Based Learning (WBL) with industry partners.

Entry Requirements

STPM: Pass with Grade C in at least 2 subjects.
A Level: Minimum DD.
AUSMAT (SACEi): ATAR 55%.
IB: Minimum 24 points in 6 subjects.
UEC: Pass with minimum 5Bs including Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics.
English Language Requirement: IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent.
