Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Property Valuation and Management at Technological University of the Shannon - Moylish

The BSc (Hons) in Property Valuation and Management is a four-year honours degree programme comprising three academic years and a full-year industrial work placement in the third year. The programme is designed to develop property professionals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to work across diverse sectors of the property industry, including valuation, estate agency, marketing, property management, investment, development, corporate real estate, research, and land-use planning. The curriculum offers a business-based qualification covering residential, commercial, agricultural, and specialist property. It is fully accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and holds international recognition through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The programme meets the minimum educational requirements to work as a property services provider under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011. Graduates are prepared for careers in roles such as Estate Agent, Auctioneer, Chartered Surveyor, Property Valuer, Property Manager, Property Consultant, Residential Agent, and Commercial Agent. Successful graduates are also eligible to progress to Level 9 and 10 postgraduate programmes within TUS or elsewhere.
