Course Overview

The BA (Hons) Psychology at UCSI University's Kuala Lumpur Campus offers a comprehensive education in understanding human behavior, emotions, and cognitive processes. Program Structure

Year 1: Introduction to psychology, positive psychology, statistics for psychology, lifespan development, social psychology, and cooperative placement.
Year 2: Psychological research methods, neuropsychology, cognitive psychology, personality theories, psychological testing and measurement, counseling theories and techniques, educational psychology, health psychology, and cooperative placement.
Year 3: Industrial and organizational psychology, abnormal psychology, philosophical issues in psychology, ethics and professional issues, cross-cultural psychology, entrepreneurial psychology, professional development, independent projects, and cooperative placement.

Entry Requirements

STPM: Minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects.
A-Level: Minimum Grade D in any two subjects.
UEC: Minimum Grade B in five subjects.
Matriculation: Minimum CGPA of 2.0 with credit in Mathematics and a Science subject, and pass in English at SPM/O-Level.
Foundation/Diploma: Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
International Baccalaureate: Minimum score of 26/42 from six subjects.
English Language Requirements: MUET Band 3, IELTS Band 5.0, TOEFL IBT 40, or equivalent.
