Year 2: Courses include Separation Science and Chromatography, Biochemistry, Advances in Formulation of Parenterals, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics, Packaging Design and Technology, Instrumental Analysis, Physicochemical Properties of API, Formulation of Liquid Dosage Forms, Formulation of Solid and Semi-solid Dosage Forms, Co-Operative Placement I, Bioinformatics, and Recombinant Technology.
Year 3: Courses include Introduction to Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals and Supplements, Advanced Drug Delivery, Industrial Management and Regulations, Co-Operative Placement II, Research Project in Product Development I, Quality Control and Assurance, Diagnostic Agents and Kits, Veterinary Products, GMP Certification and Registration of Product, Product Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Research Project in Product Development II, Fermentation Technology and Downstream Processing, and Product Sales and Marketing.

Entry Requirements

A-Level: Minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
STPM: CGPA 2.00 and above with minimum Grade C (GPA 2.00) in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
Foundation in Sciences: CGPA of 2.0 and above with minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree/Equivalent: CGPA 2.00 and above with minimum Grade C in Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
UEC: Minimum Grade B in 5 subjects, including Chemistry, Biology/Physics/Mathematics, and any other three subjects.
SAM/WAEC/NECO/Canadian Pre-U: Aggregate 60% inclusive of Chemistry and Biology/Physics/Mathematics.
International Baccalaureate (IB): Minimum score of 26/42 in 6 subjects including Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Physics.
