  • Year 2: Courses include Construction Measurement 3 & 4, Construction Technology 3 & 4, Construction Economics 2, Construction Law and Dispute Resolution 1 & 2, Information Technology in Construction, Building Services and Facilities Management 2, Building Information Modeling for Quantity Surveyors, Professional Practice for Quantity Surveyors 1, and Research Methodology.
  • Year 3: Courses include Civil Engineering Construction Technology, Professional Practice for Quantity Surveyors 2, Construction Project Management 1, Value Management in Construction, Dissertation 1, Sustainability and Innovation in Construction, followed by a 5-month Professional Quantity Surveying Internship.
  • Year 4: Courses include Civil Engineering Works Measurement, Dissertation 2, Construction Project Management 2, Integrated Project, and Minor: Experiencing Culture 2.

Entry Requirements

  • Foundation in Arts/Science or Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.5.
  • STPM (Arts/Science stream): Pass with minimum CGPA of 2.0 and Grade C in 3 subjects.
  • A-Level: Minimum grade 'D' in 3 subjects, including Mathematics.
  • UEC (Commerce/Science stream): 5 Credits ('B' grade), inclusive of Mathematics.
  • National Matriculation: Minimum average of 60% in 6 subjects.
  • SAM: Minimum average of 70% in 5 subjects, including Mathematics.
  • CPU: Minimum average of 65% in 6 subjects, including Mathematics.
  • International Baccalaureate: Minimum 26/42 points from 6 subjects, with a minimum score of 4/7 in Mathematics.
  • Local Matriculation: Minimum CGPA of 2.5.
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree or Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.67 or 60% overall marks from an accredited Diploma in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum credit in Mathematics at SPM or grade 'C' in O-Level. Subject to school discretion and credit transfer after reviewing transcript, syllabus description, and portfolio, with a maximum of 30% credit transfer.
  • Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): Minimum average of 55%, inclusive of Mathematics.
  • Other Qualifications: Deemed equivalent to STPM/A-Level by MQA; students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
