The Master of Philosophy in Built Environment at UCSI University in Kuala Lumpur is a research-focused programme designed to enhance students' research competence, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills in the study of built and urban environments. Graduates are prepared for roles such as public administrator, policy researcher, urban or rural development strategist, property marketing strategist, environmental analyst, and community development planner.

Entry Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the Senate; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, subject to rigorous internal assessment; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a CGPA below 2.50, with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in a relevant field.
- English language proficiency: IELTS 6.0; MUET Band 4; TOEFL iBT 60; Pearson Test of English 59; Cambridge English Qualifications and Tests 169.
