Program Structure

Research Areas: Candidates may choose to conduct research in areas including Pharmacological Sciences, Cardiovascular Sciences, Physiological Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, Microbiological Sciences, Public Health, Disaster and Emergency Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Sciences, and Medical Education.
Dissertation: The program requires a detailed study and evaluation of an approved research topic, culminating in a dissertation and an oral examination to defend the findings.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree: A relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent.
CGPA 2.50–2.74: May be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
CGPA below 2.50: Considered with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, subject to internal assessment.
International Students: Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (pBT) or 80 (iBT), or IELTS score of 6.0.
