Course Overview

The Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) is designed to enhance the expertise of practicing physiotherapists, focusing on advanced musculoskeletal and neurological assessment and management. This program equips graduates with the skills necessary for roles such as clinical specialists, research assistants, lecturers, and physiotherapy managers.

Program Structure

Year 1: Core courses including Advanced Applied Anatomy, Research Methods & Statistics, Pain Management, Motor Control and Learning, Research Proposal Development, and specialized modules in musculoskeletal or neurological physiotherapy.
Year 2: Advanced Neuroscience, further specialized modules, Research Project, and Clinical Practice.

Entry Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 in Physiotherapy or a related field, recognized by the Malaysian government and accepted by the University.
Applicants with a CGPA below 2.50 must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field.
International students must achieve a minimum TOEFL score of 500 (pBT) / 80 (iBT) or an IELTS score of 6.0.
