Course Overview

The Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management at the University of Cyberjaya (UoC) equips students with advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for addressing complex OSH issues. Graduates are prepared for roles such as OSH Consultant, Safety and Health Senior Manager, Lecturer, and OSH Trainer.

Program Structure

Year 1: Courses include Safety Management, Chemical Management, Hygiene Management, Health Management, Aspects of OSH Legislation, Human Resource Management and Behavioral Aspects in Safety and Health, OSH Management Systems, Workplace Emergency Management, and Risk Management and Control.
Year 2: Focuses on Statistical Analysis, Research Methods, Ergonomics Management, and culminates in a Master Project Dissertation.

Entry Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as recognized by the University Senate.
Applicants with a CGPA between 2.00 and 2.50 may be considered, subject to a rigorous internal assessment.
For international students: Minimum TOEFL score of 550 (PBT) or 80 (IBT), or an IELTS score of 6.0.
