Entry Requirements

  • Malaysian High School Certificate (STPM) with a minimum CGPA of 2.80, including Grade B- in Mathematics T/Further Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry.
  • Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.80, including Grade B- in Mathematics/Engineering Mathematics and Physics/Engineering Physics or Chemistry/Engineering Chemistry.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from UTM or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.75.
  • International applicants: Senior High School Certificate or equivalent pre-university qualifications, and meet English proficiency requirements (e.g., IELTS score of 4.5 or TOEFL iBT score of 33).
