Program Structure
- Year 1: Foundational courses in organic and inorganic chemistry, practical laboratory skills, and introductory mathematics.
- Year 2: Intermediate topics including analytical chemistry, chemical thermodynamics, and quantum chemistry, along with advanced laboratory work.
- Year 3: Advanced subjects such as instrumental analysis, polymer chemistry, and research methodology, complemented by an industrial training component.
- Year 4: Specialization through elective courses and completion of an undergraduate research project.
Entry Requirements
- STPM/Matriculation/Science Foundation: Minimum CGPA of 2.80 with Grade B in Chemistry and Grade B- in one of the following subjects: Biology, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Diploma: Minimum CGPA of 3.00 with credit in Mathematics at SPM or equivalent level.
- International qualifications: Equivalent pre-university qualifications with specific requirements varying by country.
- English language proficiency: Minimum overall score of 5.5 in IELTS (Academic) or equivalent.
