Course Overview

The Master of Architecture at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is a professional degree program accredited by the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) Part II. This program emphasizes research-based architectural design, equipping students with advanced skills in design, technology, and environmental sustainability. Program Structure

Year 1: Advanced architectural design studios, courses in technology and environment, and studies in cultural context.
Year 2: Specialized design projects, management practice and law, and completion of a capstone project.

Entry Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a LAM Part I accredited program with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, or equivalent qualifications as accepted by the University Senate.
Successful interview and portfolio assessment.
A minimum of six (6) months of working experience in an architectural firm or related organization.
For international applicants: IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
