  • Elective Courses (15 credits): Options include Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Process Control, Adaptive & Self-Tuning Control, Modeling & Simulation of Dynamical Systems, System Identification & Estimation, Multivariable and Optimal Control System, Nonlinear and Robust Control Systems, Advanced Robotics, Advanced Digital Control, Real-Time Control System Design, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, Special Topic on Control, Mechatronic Designs
  • Master's Project (10 credits): Research Project Proposal (4 credits), Research Project Thesis (6 credits)
  • Other Required Courses (6 credits): Non-technical subject, Introduction to Research Methodology in Electrical Engineering

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent recognized by the University Senate with a CGPA ≥ 2.50, or CGPA < 2.50 with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering other than Electrical Engineering with a minimum CGPA ≥ 3.00 and 2 years of work experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics) with a minimum CGPA ≥ 3.00
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (Computer Science, Software, Information Technology) with a minimum CGPA ≥ 3.00 and 2 years of work experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology (specifically in the field of electrical engineering) with a minimum CGPA ≥ 3.00
  • Other qualifications approved by the Faculty’s Academic Committee
  • International applicants: Minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS band 6.0
