Course Overview

The Master of Science (Informatics) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) equips students with advanced skills in information engineering, user experience design, and enterprise architecture, preparing graduates for roles such as IT Executive, System Analyst, and Chief Technology Officer.

Program Structure

Semester 1: Core courses including Human Information Processing, Information Engineering, Research Methodology, and an elective.
Semester 2: Advanced topics such as Entrepreneurial Learning Organization and Culture, User Experience and Interaction Design, Enterprise Architecture, another elective, and Project 1.
Semester 3: Service Innovation Technology, a third elective, and Project 2.

Entry Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
For international applicants, an IELTS score of at least 6.0 or equivalent is required.
