Course Overview

The Master of Communication program at Lincoln University College equips students with advanced knowledge in media industry organization, practical skills in reporting and writing, and a deep understanding of media laws and ethics. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Communications Manager, Public Relations Specialist, and Media Relations Specialist.

Program Structure

Phase/Year 1: Core courses including Communication and New Technology, Communication Theories, and Development Communication.
Phase/Year 2: Advanced topics such as Media Ethics, Crisis Communication, and a Media and Communication Research Project.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.75, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA between 2.50 and 2.75, subject to rigorous internal assessment.
Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.50, with a minimum of five years of relevant working experience.
Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
For international students: TOEFL score of 600 or IELTS score of 6.0, or equivalent. If these requirements are not met, English proficiency courses will be provided.
