  • Pass recognized Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
  • Diploma from any Higher Education Provider (HEP) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
  • Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
  • Pass an interview/drawing test organized by MSU
