Course Overview

Program Structure

  • Year One: System Analysis and Design, Database System, Computer Forensic, Data Structure and Algorithm
  • Year Two: Legal Procedure in Criminal Law, Computer Crime and Investigation Technique, Network and Data Security, Linux Programming
  • Year Three: Legal Evidence in Criminal Law, Cryptography, Forensic Behavioral Science, Industrial Training

Entry Requirements

  • Pass in Matriculation or Foundation studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, or pass in STPM or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any 2 subjects, and credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; or
  • Pass STPM in Science stream or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in one Mathematics and one Science/ICT subject; or
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; or
  • Any other Diploma in science and technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.50.
