Course Overview

The Bachelor of Information Systems Auditing (Hons) at Management and Science University (MSU) equips students with expertise in ethics, law, control, governance, and management of information systems. Graduates are prepared for roles such as System Auditor, System and Methods Executive, and Software Tester.

Program Structure

  • Year 1: Computer Architecture, Data Structure and Algorithm, Statistics and Probabilities
  • Year 2: Object Oriented Programming, Audit, Web Programming, Human Computer Interaction
  • Year 3: Accounting Information System, Commercial Law, Industrial Training

Entry Requirements

  • Credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM/SPMV level
  • At least a C (CGPA 2.00) in two (2) subjects at STPM level; or Jayyid in STAM; or 2.0 CGPA in Matriculation/Foundation; or a Diploma in relevant fields with at least 2.50 CGPA (subject to rigorous internal assessment if CGPA is below 2.50 but above 2.00)
  • Applicants without a Credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level may present equivalent Diploma in Mathematics subjects
  • Other acceptable qualifications include a Pass in three (3) subjects at GCE A-Level including Additional Mathematics, and those recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia
