Course Overview

The Bachelor of Instructional Multimedia (Hons) at Management and Science University (MSU) equips students with the skills to design and develop multimedia content that enhances educational experiences. Graduates are prepared for roles such as Instructional Designer, Application Developer, Learning and Development Manager, and Digital Learning Manager.

Program Structure

  • Year 1: Curriculum and Instruction, Basic Drawing, System Analysis and Design, Psychology in Education
  • Year 2: Instructional System Design, Designing Computer-Based Instruction, Digital Audio and Video, Multimedia-Based Instructional Design
  • Year 3: Cognitive Science, Digital Media Content Development, Industrial Training

Entry Requirements

  • At least three (3) C’s at STPM level, including in Pengajian Am / Kertas Am (General Studies / General Paper), or two (2) C’s including in Pengajian Am / Kertas Am plus two (2) D’s, and a Credit each in Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Melayu (Silibus X) Bahasa Malaysia II and Mathematics
  • MSU Foundation Certificate
  • MSU or PTPL Diploma
  • Three (3) A-Levels
  • Equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate
