  • Passed SPM/V with five (5) Credits, including Malay, English, Mathematics, one (1) Science subject (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, or Applied Science), and one (1) other subject
  • Passed O-level with Grade C in English, Mathematics, one (1) Science subject (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, or Applied Science), and two (2) other subjects
  • Passed Health Sciences Certificate (MQF Level 3) from MSU College, with 2.00 CGPA
  • Passed Malaysia Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in related fields and passed SPM with one (1) Credit
  • Passed Community College Certificate at MQF Level 3 in related fields and passed SPM with one (1) Credit
  • Passed Polytechnic Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields, with 2.00 CGPA
  • Passed MARA Skills Institute Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields, with 2.00 CGPA
  • Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in three (3) subjects
  • Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia
