Entry Requirements

SPM or equivalent with credits in Malay, English, Mathematics, one Science subject (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, or Applied Science), and one other subject
GCE O-Level or equivalent with Grade C in English, Mathematics, one Science subject, and two other subjects
Certificate (MQF Level 3) related to Health Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
Polytechnic Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in related fields and a pass in SPM with at least one credit
MARA Skills Institute Certificate (MQF Level 3) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B in three subjects
Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia
